Oggie is a reading app for your own mail and calendar. It works out what needs you today and shows it as cards, with replies drafted in your voice. This page says what Oggie reads, what it does with it, and how to take it back. Oggie is operated by Tesseric. Questions go to oggieai.support@gmail.com.
What Oggie reads
Oggie reads nothing until you connect an account, and only what the connection you chose allows.
- Google. Your Gmail messages (read only), the ability to create drafts in your Gmail, your Google Calendar events (read only), and the name and email on the account. If you later choose to archive a sender's mail automatically, Oggie asks separately for permission to modify your mailbox, and uses it only for that rule.
- Microsoft. Your Outlook mail, the ability to create drafts in it, your Outlook calendar (read only), and the name and email on the account. Archive rules you create move mail to your Archive folder.
Oggie never sends mail. Nothing in Oggie can send a message, reply, or forward from your account. A draft Oggie wrote stays a draft in your own mailbox until you send it yourself.
What Oggie does with it
Oggie uses your mail and calendar to build your feed: to decide which messages and events need you, to group them into the situations they belong to, to draft replies in your voice, and to keep a short profile of what matters to you, which you can read and edit on your profile page.
The only changes Oggie makes in your mailbox are the ones you ask for: a draft you asked it to put there, an archive rule you created for a sender, and a one-click unsubscribe you pressed. Oggie never infers a rule.
Oggie does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with anyone except the processors below.
Model providers
To write the feed, Oggie sends the text of relevant messages, events, and your profile to language model providers that act on your behalf and under our instructions. Today those are OpenAI and OpenRouter, and the model providers OpenRouter routes to. Your content is sent under terms where it is not used to train their models and is not kept beyond what is needed to answer the request. Oggie keeps a record of what each request cost, not what it contained.
Google user data
Oggie's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain words: Google user data is used only to provide the features you see in Oggie, is never sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalized models. No person reads your Google data, except with your permission to resolve a support request you raised, or where the law requires it.
Where it lives and how long
Your data is stored with Convex, our database provider, in the United States. Access tokens for your accounts are encrypted at rest. Oggie keeps the mail and events it has synced, the cards it wrote from them, and your profile for as long as the connection exists.
Disconnect an account on the connections page and Oggie will delete the synced mail, events, and cards for that connection. To delete your Oggie account and everything in it, email oggieai.support@gmail.com. You can also revoke Oggie's access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Who may use Oggie
Oggie is for adults managing their own accounts. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and Oggie will tell you the next time you open it.
