These are the terms for using Oggie, operated by Tesseric. By signing in you agree to them. Questions go to oggieai.support@gmail.com.

What Oggie is

Oggie reads the mail and calendar accounts you connect and shows you what needs you today, with suggested replies drafted in your voice. The feed, the suggestions, and the drafts are produced by language models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Read a draft before you send it. Oggie never sends mail; every message goes out from your own mailbox, by your own hand.

Your accounts

You may connect only accounts you own or are allowed to use. You can disconnect an account or revoke Oggie's access at any time, and Oggie deletes what it synced from that account. How Oggie handles your data is described in the privacy policy.

Using Oggie

Oggie is in an early, invitation-only period. Do not use it to break the law, to access someone else's accounts, to probe or overload the service, or to copy it. We may suspend or close an account that does.

No warranty

Oggie is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available, accurate, or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tesseric is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Oggie, including a message you sent on the strength of a draft, a meeting you missed, or data that was lost. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Oggie in the twelve months before the claim, which during the invitation period is nothing.

Ending

You can stop using Oggie at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your account. We can end the service, or your access to it, with notice where we can give it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and Oggie will tell you the next time you open it.
